Balloon Delivery Service · Paris

• We provide last-mile (hand-to-hand) delivery service to particular delivery points in the center of Paris.

• We provide door-to-door courier delivery service in Paris. Same-day, next-day delivery

Delivery schedule

Monday to Friday: 7am. – 8pm. Saturday: 7am. – 6pm.
Morning delivery: 7am. – 10am.
Standard delivery: from 10am.

Residential deliveries:

We will call the recipient to make sure they are home! We will do our best to arrange a time that works within the delivery window selected by the customer.

Business deliveries:

For deliveries to a business we will not call for a delivery appointment.  Delivery can be expected during the delivery time frame selected by the customer.  If the business is a secure facility we will do our best to hand deliver to the recipient.

Сut off time & Minimum delivery time

Whenever you need your balloons to be delivered the next or the same day, we need 2 working hours to process your order and depending on traffic – 1-2 hours to deliver. 
We accept only Next-day delivery, orders must be placed the business day before taking into consideration Customer Service working hours. 

Morning delivery: 7am.-10am.

We accept only Next-day delivery, orders must be placed the business day before taking into consideration Customer Service working hours. Cut Off time – the working day before, up to 3 hours before the Buro Office closed.  

Examples:
1. Balloons delivered on Monday morning should be ordered before 2pm. on Saturday. 
2. Balloons delivered on Saturday morning should be ordered before 4pm. on Friday.

Standard delivery: from 10am.

The Same-day and the next-day minimum delivery time: 3 hours.
Same-dey delivery cut off time: 3 hours before your slot time. Orders before 1pm. should be placed on the working day before.
Next day delivery cut off time: next day up to 1pm. orders should be placed same day, 3 hours before the Balloon Buro would be closed.
